Renovation and restoration of
historic theatre located in the
original quadrangle of the college
campus. The building had
suffered leaks and the original
murals were in danger of damage
due to moisture infiltration
through the existing building
envelope. Renovations: included
cleaning of historic murals and
analysis of interior painted
finishes, minor areas of exterior
masonry restoration, theatrical
upgrades and re-opening of the
original balcony.
