CIVITECTS designed and facilitated a public process to create a long range vision for this beach-front community. Developed plans illustrate the potential for build-out to revitalize both the town center and the aging beach front. Design guidelines outline the parameters for that build-out and encourage new development that will reinforce the character of the community.
