This project is one of five nationally funded by HUD to renovate senior housing developments in an effort to help low income elderly live independently as long as possible. Interior and exterior renovations to all housing units took place while the complex was nearly fully occupied. A substantial addition to and rehabilitation of the Senior Center provides communal space for development residents and seniors living in the adjacent neighborhoods.
